Play and organize in good faith
- Use accurate EA IDs, platforms, ranks and availability.
- Join only activities you intend to attend and communicate promptly when plans change.
- Submit authentic evidence and never coordinate false results or fraudulent giveaway entries.
- Follow the EA User Agreement and the rules of every event you enter.
Respect every player
- No harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination, sexual abuse or targeted humiliation.
- No doxxing, credential theft, malicious links or sharing another person's private information.
- No spam, scams, account selling, boosting services or unauthorized commercial promotion.
- Disagreements belong in the documented dispute or support flow—not in public dogpiles.
Competitive integrity
- No cheats, exploits, collusion, smurfing used to manipulate eligibility, or sanction evasion.
- Do not alter evidence or submit a result for a team you do not represent.
- Hub staff must disclose conflicts of interest and preserve an audit trail for sensitive decisions.
- Moderation retaliation and abuse of staff permissions are prohibited.
Reporting and enforcement
Report urgent safety concerns to Discord and the relevant authorities where appropriate. Platform or Hub staff may warn, remove content, reverse outcomes, restrict modules or suspend accounts. Severity, evidence, history and community safety determine the response. Appeals should add new context or identify a procedural error.
