1. Organizer responsibility
Each Community Hub organizer is responsible for publishing format, schedule, eligibility, scoring, prizes, region and dispute deadlines before registration closes. Organizers must follow applicable law, the EA User Agreement and EA's current Apex Legends Community Tournament Guidelines.
This tournament is not affiliated with or sponsored by Electronic Arts Inc. Vora supplies infrastructure unless it is explicitly named as the event organizer.
2. Teams and eligibility
- Players may compete only on the registered team and account unless staff approve a substitution.
- Captains are responsible for roster accuracy, check-in and result submission.
- A player may not occupy multiple active teams in the same tournament.
- Organizers may require rank, platform, region, age or residency evidence when announced in advance.
3. Results and evidence
The assigned captain submits placement, kills and an external HTTPS evidence link. Assigned participants may dispute a submission with a concrete reason. Only authorized staff can verify or reject a disputed or submitted result. Vora preserves the original submission, dispute and review decision in its audit history.
4. Match integrity
- Cheating, teaming outside the published format, stream sniping, exploiting and intentional result manipulation are prohibited.
- Players must preserve requested evidence until the organizer's dispute window closes.
- Technical restarts, disconnects and server failures follow the event-specific published policy.
- Staff decisions must use the same written rules for every team and record a reason.
5. Prizes and commercial limits
Prizes and any entry fee must be published before the event and remain within EA's current community-tournament limits and local law. Vora does not support paid-chance giveaways or gambling. Organizers are responsible for prize delivery, taxes, sponsor eligibility and any required permissions.
6. Disputes and sanctions
A dispute must identify the affected room, the challenged result and the reason. Staff may request further evidence, reject unsupported claims, correct standings, disqualify a team or escalate platform-wide misconduct. Event-specific deadlines control; if none is published, raise the dispute as soon as reasonably possible before prizes are finalized.
