1. Who operates Vora
Vora Arena is an independently operated community platform for Apex players. Privacy questions, access requests and deletion requests can be submitted through the official Vora Discord support channel.
Vora is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Electronic Arts Inc. or Respawn Entertainment.
2. Data we process
- Discord account identifiers and basic profile information received through Discord OAuth.
- Apex profile information you provide, including platform, EA ID, region, rank and team preferences.
- Community memberships, staff permissions, LFG participation, event and tournament records, rankings, moderation actions and audit history.
- External HTTPS links submitted as tournament evidence or clips. Vora does not ask for EA or Discord passwords.
- Technical security data such as session identifiers, timestamps and service logs.
3. Why we process it
We use this information to authenticate players, operate Community Hubs, form compatible groups, run events and tournaments, prevent abuse, resolve disputes and maintain platform security. Processing is limited to providing the service, protecting the community and meeting legal obligations.
4. Cookies and external services
Vora uses strictly necessary, secure session and OAuth-state cookies. Discord handles the authorization screen under its own privacy policy. Links to EA, Discord and external evidence or clip providers take you to services governed by their own terms.
5. Retention and disclosure
Data is retained while an account or Community Hub is active and for a reasonable period needed for security, disputes, audit integrity and backups. Access is restricted to authorized Hub staff and Vora operators where their role requires it. We do not sell personal data.
Deletion requests may remove or anonymize profile data. Records necessary to preserve tournament integrity, sanctions, fraud prevention or another participant's history may be retained in a minimized form.
6. Your choices
You may request access, correction, export or deletion through Vora support. You can revoke Vora's Discord authorization in Discord settings. Revoking authorization does not automatically erase integrity records; contact support for an account request.
